Our Story
Yaobai International Holding Cement Uganda Limited was born from a bold vision: to build a benchmark cement project for Africa, right here in Uganda — as a subsidiary of Yaobai International Holding Co., Ltd. and a core pillar of West China Cement’s expansion across the continent. Our journey began in September 2023, when ground was broken on our Moroto clinker line.
